Who We Serve

Independent Living. Shared Community.

Bridge Point welcomes adults who are seeking an alternative housing option and can manage their daily needs and personal responsibilities.

Adults Re-entering the Community

For adults returning to community life who need a stable place to live while managing their responsibilities and planning their next steps.

Adults with Disabilities

For adults with disabilities who can manage their daily needs and personal responsibilities. Accommodation requests are considered individually.

Adults Experiencing Homelessness or Housing Instability

For adults seeking a dependable place to call home as they work toward greater stability.

Housemates may come from different circumstances, but everyone must be prepared to live independently, share a home respectfully, and meet the requirements for housing. Each applicant is considered individually.

Could Bridge Point Be a Good Fit?

Bridge Point may be a good fit for adults who:

  • Can manage their daily living needs and personal responsibilities.
  • Have reliable income, verified financial resources, or an approved funding source.
  • Are committed to maintaining a substance-free living environment.
  • Can communicate respectfully and follow shared household expectations.
  • Are ready to take the next step toward stable, independent living.

Personal Responsibility

Bridge Point is not a treatment program, a supervised facility, or a transitional shelter. Housemates are responsible for managing their own schedules, finances, and daily needs. Staff assist with housing-related questions, concerns, and communication. Disability-related accommodation requests are considered individually.
