Referral Partners
Partnering with Agencies and Organizations
Building connections with community professionals to expand access to stable, independent-living housing.
Before You Refer
Please review the Who We Serve page with the prospective housemate to help them understand our eligibility requirements and decide whether they want to explore Bridge Point.
Referred individuals follow the same admissions process as those who contact Bridge Point directly and do not need to submit a separate Interest Form. After preliminary eligibility is confirmed, individuals awaiting a suitable room are added to our Interest List, which serves as our waiting list. A referral does not guarantee approval, housing, or a move-in date.
How Referrals Work
The Referral Process
Submit a Referral
Complete the referral form with the prospective housemate's contact information, housing timeline, and preferred room option. A separate Interest Form is not required.
Connect & Explore
Bridge Point contacts the prospective housemate directly to discuss housing needs and basic eligibility. After preliminary eligibility is confirmed, individuals awaiting a suitable room are added to our Interest List.
See the Home
When a suitable room becomes available, a tour is offered by appointment to explore the home and determine whether Bridge Point feels like the right fit.
Application & Move-In
The prospective housemate is invited to complete the application and verification process. If approved, Bridge Point explains the housing offer, deposit requirements, and deadlines, then coordinates orientation and move-in.
A referral does not guarantee approval, housing, or a move-in date.
What to Expect After You Refer
Bridge Point will contact the prospective housemate directly. We will keep you informed of general status as appropriate. You do not need to follow up on their behalf — they will be guided through each step of the process.
